Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be a resident of Haryana
  • Must be a farmer or agricultural labourer
  • Age should be between 10 to 65 years
  • Accident must occur during agricultural activities
  • Applicant should not be a beneficiary of any other similar scheme
  • In case of death, nominee/legal heir must apply

The scheme provides benefits in the following situations:

  • Use of agricultural machinery or equipment
  • While digging wells or installing tube wells
  • During use of threshers or cutters
  • Exposure to poisonous gases while operating wells/tube wells
  • Electric shock during farming work
  • Snake bite or attack by poisonous animals during field work
  • Accidents in mandis (markets) or procurement centers
  • Transportation of agricultural produce
  • While loading/unloading crops
  • Use of pesticides or chemicals in farming

  • Submit the application
  • Application will be verified by authorities
  • Approved applicants receive funds directly in bank account
