Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a permanent resident of Haryana
- Land must be agriculturally usable
- Land ownership categories:
- Above 10 acres → Eligible for top awards
- 5–10 acres → Mid-category awards
- Below 5 acres → Eligible for third category
- Small farmers doing excellent work in agriculture or horticulture can also apply
