Eligible Beneficiaries

  • Sole Proprietorship Firm. Owner of the firm.

  • Partnership Firm. Any one partner.

  • Company. Chief Executive Officer CEO.

  • Hindu Undivided Family HUF. Head of the family Karta.

  • In case of death, the insurance amount is transferred to the spouse or nominee.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicant must be a resident of Haryana.

  • Must be a GST-registered trader in Haryana.

  • Trader details.

  • FIR First Information Report.

  • Postmortem report in case of death.

  • Duly filled claim form.

  • Death certificate if applicable.

  • Medical report in case of permanent disability.

  • Nominee or legal heir details.

  • Bank account details.

Application Process

  • No prior registration is required for this scheme.

  • All GST-registered traders are automatically covered.

  • Claim application is required only in case of accident.

Claim Procedure

  • Submit claim to the insurance company assigned by the government.

  • Fill the claim form carefully.

  • Attach all required documents.

  • Submit the application at the insurance company office.

  • Documents will be verified by authorities.

  • After successful verification, ₹5 lakh will be transferred to the beneficiary or nominee bank account.
