Sinchai Pipeline Yojana 2026

The Sinchai Pipeline Yojana 2026 has been introduced to support farmers in improving irrigation efficiency and reducing water loss. The scheme provides financial assistance for installing pipelines from tubewells or wells directly to agricultural fields.

• To reduce water wastage by approximately 20 to 25 percent.
• To promote efficient irrigation practices among farmers.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must own agricultural land in their name.
• An electric, diesel, or tractor-operated pump set must be installed on the well.
• In case of a shared well, if all co-owners apply separately for different pipelines, individual subsidies will be provided, provided land ownership is separate.
• If multiple farmers share a water source and extend a single pipeline, each farmer will be eligible for separate subsidy support.

Application Process

  • The farmer can apply directly through the Raj Kisan Saathi Portal.

  •  Alternatively, the farmer may apply through the nearest e-Mitra center.

  •  After submitting the online application, the acknowledgment receipt will be available online.

Required Documents

  • Aadhaar Card or Jan Aadhaar Card.
  • Copy of Jamabandi not older than six months.

Important Guidelines

  • Purchase of pipeline must be done only after approval from the Agriculture Department.
  •  The pipeline must be purchased from a manufacturer registered with the Agriculture Department or their authorized distributor or dealer.
  • Approval information will be sent via mobile message or provided by the local Agriculture Supervisor.
  • After installation, physical verification will be conducted by the department.
  •  Subsidy amount will be directly transferred to the farmer’s bank account.

Note:-The scheme is valid for the current financial year only.
